Single Rate Service: Desktop or Server, and Consulting

It’s simply one rate for all your support needs.

(Windows 2000, XP, Vista, etc.) - (Windows Server 2000, 2003, Vista, etc.)
$150.00 per hour From 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday
$175.00 per hour for after hours work

One hour minimum charge on all services.
Additional hours will be billed in 15-minute increments.

Travel Allowance
Cost based on time of trip one way
Charges beyond 100 miles determined by contract agreement

Phone Support / Remote Support
From 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday
Simple question and answer (Free Under 10 minutes)

$150.00 per hour Advanced Support

$175.00 per hour Advanced Support, after hours.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the specified time will incur a $57.50 charge.
Appointments that are canceled within 4 hours of the specified time will incur a $115.00 charge.

We offer the following payment options for our clients including: Net 30 days invoicing for established customers.
