Support
Tiger Technology Group offers different support options to its customers. Click on the name of the option you wish to use.
Instant Web Based Support - Allows you to connect to remote support support without installing any software on your system. Once the session is completed, all access to your system is removed. Follow instructions below:
- Right click on the above link and select the option "save target as". save the file to your desktop
- Once you have done that, double click on the “connect to TigerTG.exe” . Leave the username and password blank and just click connect. You will be connected to a remote session.
